InterSys consulting is hiring multiple IT Recruiters to be part of our new national recruiting campaign.  Applicable candidates will have to be able to follow specific instruction, have a passion for developing new business, be career focused, and an innate desire to excel in a highly competitive market.

Responsibilities :
         Cold call prospects in given market verticals.
         Work with Hiring Managers to gain a clear understanding of their needs
         Manage and screen resumes submitted directly to client
         Screen candidates to determine fit and gain detailed understanding of their experience as it relates to the given role
         Maintain communication with candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the selection process
         Manage Interviewing process
         Manage offer stage
         Represent InterSys Consulting with a high level of professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Superior oral and written communication skills
•    Basic computer skills
•    Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple requisitions and multiple candidates
•    Self-motivated with little need for supervision
•    Possess a never-say-die attitude
•    Confidence in your own ability to be responsible for your own paycheck.
•    Understanding of Software Development, Project Management, Business Analysis and/or Data Warehousing highly valuable.

Note:  This role is perfect for ex-Rangers, knowing full well what it takes to have accomplished what you have in the military we know if you bring those intrinsic skills to this job you will be successful.  The role pays 2k for the first two months, 1k for the third month and is straight commission thereafter.  You make it through the first 90 days and you will make 100k+ in this job.  All training is provided, no guess work… we are one of the highest rated IT Consulting firms in Austin and are taking our company national, you will be the tip of that spear.  Call me to discuss.
